If you are getting the following error while trying to backup
“All compatible drive paths are down, but media is available”
Try the following:
- Go to the Device Monitor
- Right click on any drive that is DOWN
- Select Up Drive to up the drive
- Wait 30 seconds and refresh this page if not already refreshed. You should be able to see the drive at UP state and you can start your backups again.
