You may find different reasons that caused this problem but, the frst thing to check should the Cluster configuration for the Database Availability Group (Not on exchange side, but the MS Cluster side), check for the resources and make sure all of them are configured and working properly.

NetBackup 7.0 Installation with a Hostname Other than Default One on Linux
