You may find different reasons that caused this problem but, the frst thing to check should the Cluster configuration for the Database Availability Group (Not on exchange side, but the MS Cluster side), check for the resources and make sure all of them are configured and working properly.

You want to have a granular mailbox backup from exchange. For this, you installed the “Microsoft Services for NFS” package from Windows Components, but it doesnt start Portmap service when you issue “net start portmap” and failes. What can be the reason?

If you configured bpstart_notify and bpend_notify scripts and you can not have the working. Check “bpbkar” log directory.
